During a 2 ½ hour workshop, the DISC report is debriefed and activities are presented that will allow the participants to interact and find out more about each other’s behavioral style.
During a 4 hour workshop, the Talent Insight report is debriefed and interactions between the participants will encourage sharing information , so there is better understanding about oneself and how one functions in a team
This is a full day workshop around coaching skills and how to use them in daily interactions with others. The morning will focus on the coaching skills of active listening, non judgment, and asking open ended deep questions to ascertain where the other person is coming from. The second half of the workshop will include many activities to practice this.
This workshop dives deeper into the concept of presence. Who are you as a leader? What are your qualities? Where are your blind spots and how can you influence and deliberately work on your presence as a leader.
How can we work on being more agile in life and work. Using the SCARF model ( a model for collaborating and influencing others) as well as the ladder of inference ( how we make decisions) , we create awareness around how we think and how we can adjust more easily.
This is based on the work of Lencioni and looks deeper into the 5 areas needed to create highly effective teams.
